In the heart of Zapopan, within one of its most exclusive areas, the amenities of Landmark Reserve were developed under the concept of a luxurious urban retreat — a project that evokes contemporary luxury while conveying serenity and calm amid the city’s dynamism. Each space was conceived as an extension of the home, designed to enrich everyday experiences and respond to its function with natural ease.

In this project, design finds its strength in materiality and transformation: solid woods, hand-carved and sculpted into statement pieces; natural stones with dominant veining that define large volumes in key areas; warm marble floors that complement refined decorative accents, where local artistry is interpreted through blown glass, glazed ceramics, and ornate textiles.

The architecture by Sordo Madaleno acts as a neutral, enveloping canvas, where the color palette ties the spaces together — terracottas, deep and serene blues, soft greens, and subtle ochres. Reflection and light are integrated as elements of understated sophistication, expressed through brass-finished metals and textured glass in lighting and decorative details. Finally, soft fiber rugs with a gentle sheen accentuate each atmosphere with layers of visual richness.

More than spaces, these are scenarios designed to accompany daily life — to gather, unwind, socialize, or simply dwell. Landmark Reserve stands as a project that not only elevates residential living, but offers an oasis of calm, well-being, and sophistication in the heart of the city.
